At Stalatube, we have a strong culture centered around people. We wouldn’t be half as successful and strong a company without our skilled, enthusiastic and humorous employees. We believe it is important to celebrate our employees and actively show our appreciation for their work. At the end of the year, we reward those who have been with us for many years and employees of the year.
Today we gathered at Stalatube for our annual awards ceremony. This year we honored nine long-serving employees: one who has been with us for 15 years and eight who have been with us for a respectable 25 years.
Each year, our employees are selected by their peers to receive Employee of the Year awards for their outstanding contributions to our company and our community. This year’s awards went to two of our long-standing employees: one for our Welding Operator Tuomo Boisman (left) and one for Product Engineer Jari Maukonen. Congratulations to all winners!
