A pioneer in environmental performance

We have demonstrated our commitment to sustainability through several key initiatives, including introducing rigorous methods to calculate emissions and developing comprehensive plans to reduce our carbon footprint. These actions are crucial to mitigating the effects of climate change and promoting a healthier planet. By optimising the management of material flows and energy consumption, we will ensure the efficient use of resources, minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainability.

Adhering to strong ethical standards

We will continue to adhere to strong ethical principles that guide our operations and decision-making processes. A comprehensive set of ethical policies and guidelines ensures that all actions and decisions are aligned with our core values. To ensure transparency and accountability, we have set up a whistleblowing channel to encourage all stakeholders to report unethical behaviour.

Excellence in human and labor rights

In addition to our environmental and ethical achievements, we excel in human and labor rights. We have demonstrated our commitment to providing a great place to work and excellent working conditions. Good and close cooperation between employer and employees promotes mutual respect and understanding. Ensuring fair treatment and gender equality, particularly in terms of pay, is the cornerstone of our human resources policy. Various initiatives have been taken to promote the well-being of our employees, reflecting our commitment to their health and well-being. Making the workplace safe is our priority to ensure all employees can work in a secure environment. Continuous development of our employees’ skills is encouraged, contributing to personal and professional growth, and we maintain open and effective communication channels to ensure that all employees are equitably informed and engaged.

We are committed to improving our environmental and ethical practices further and setting new, more stringent corporate responsibility targets. These targets reflect our commitment to continuing to improve our sustainability performance in the future.
