International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on March 8th. At Stalatube, we also want to celebrate women’s rights and gender equality. We ensure equal and fair treatment for everyone, for example, in recruitment, compensation, and skills development activities. Regardless of gender, every Stalatube employee has equal opportunities to be heard, grow, and develop professionally.
With the job evaluation system we implemented last year, we have succeeded in ensuring equal and fair compensation for all our employees. We regularly review our reward practices, and our target is to ensure that there are no differences in salaries between women and men. We have achieved our target and based on the analysis we conducted at the end of last year, we can proudly confirm that there is no gender pay gaps at our company. We offer a competitive and fair compensation and benefits package that supports our employees’ health, financial security, and work-life balance.
In the training of our personnel, we take into account our strategic choices and the development needs of our staff. Career advancement can mean the possibility of job rotation in different roles, development in the current role, or advancement to managerial positions. The equal placement of men and women in various and different levels of positions is considered in job organization and career progression. Attention is also paid to the realization of equality in managerial and leadership positions.
We regularly monitor how well equality is implemented in our organization. We strive to create an environment where everyone feels a sense of belonging. We encourage everyone to be open and gather development initiatives. The support of colleagues, good team spirit, and an atmosphere where everyone is valued is our wealth.
Today we celebrate the steps we have already taken towards creating an even more equal workplace, but promoting equality is ongoing work, and everyone contributes to shaping the company and its culture for the better. By working together, we achieve great results now in and in the future.
