Stalatube earns EcoVadis silver medal for sustainability

At Stalatube Ltd., sustainability is at the core of our operations. This was recently put against the measuring stick as we earned an EcoVadis silver medal with a score of 70/100, placing us in the top 10% of over 150,000 assessed companies worldwide.

Why the EcoVadis assessment

With ever increasing sustainability ambitions and regulatory requirements companies are driven to review and assess their partners in their supply chain. The sustainability impacts in value chains becomes more and more included in their own reporting. This increased responsibility means that sustainability related requirement levels are being set for suppliers.

This brings a need for unbiased and uniform assessment systems that can be applied to different types of suppliers. Ecovadis has since 2007 been one of the most recognized assessment networks.

We actively reduce our carbon footprint by optimizing material flow and energy consumption. Our rigorous emissions inventory and reduction along with resource efficiency initiatives contribute to a healthier planet.

We also foster a fair, inclusive, and safe work environment, emphasizing gender equality, employee development, and open communication. Employee well-being and safety remain our top priorities.

Strong ethical policies guide our decisions, ensuring accountability and integrity. Our whistleblowing channel promotes transparency and responsible business practices.
