Stalatube has achieved the level I – top of the world rating again this year

We are proud to announce that Stalatube has achieved the level I – top of the world rating again this year. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to proactive safety work and collaboration in developing and sharing safety practices. Our efforts in training and involving staff in safety development have been instrumental in maintaining a safe working environment.

The Zero Accidents Forum, or Nollis, is an occupational safety forum run by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, which shares information, materials, and community to support the development of occupational safety in the workplace. Nollis aims first and foremost to motivate and encourage workplaces to strive for high levels of safety and well-being at work, and to promote networking, sharing of good practice and learning from each other.

A zero mindset means a determined and long-term approach to safety and well-being at work. Nollis aims to have the healthiest and safest workplaces in Finland. Some of the areas of zero thinking include:

  • Zero accidents
  • Zero occupational diseases
  • Zero tolerance for bullying
  • Zero work-related sick leave
  • Zero untreated cases of violence or harassment
  • Zero cases of work-related fatigue
  • Zero supervisors and employees unaware of work safety issues

The Zero Accidents Forum has once again awarded safety ratings to its member workplaces. This year, a record-breaking 122 workplaces received rating, with 53 of them reporting zero accidents in 2024. These workplaces emphasize collaboration in safety development and share best practices beyond their own premises.
