1500 days of safety – A milestone for Stalatube Poland

Together we create a safe work culture and build safety standards at our workplace, day by day.

Safety first! Achieving 1500 days without work-related accidents is a remarkable milestone for Stalatube Sp. z o.o., and it speaks volumes about the commitment and teamwork of our Polish plant.

Our number one priority is always safety,” says Plant Manager Arkadiusz “Arek” Baran, who is the leader of the factory in Poland. “Everyone is responsible not only for their own safety but also for their colleagues’. The biggest challenge is to stay alert even in routine situations. That’s why our motto remains: Think twice before you do it.

Investments in people, processes, and technology

From the very beginning, occupational safety has been at the heart of the Polish plant’s operations. The production facilities were designed with safety as a guiding principle — from the layout of pathways and clear signage to the modern machinery and protective equipment.

Most of our machines are state-of-the-art, which significantly improves our safety level,” Arek explains. “We continuously modernize the remaining equipment to match today’s safety standards. In the past, accidents happened mostly with older machines — that’s why we invest in upgrading them and in new automatic safety devices.

Recent improvements include safety upgrades to the I-beam line, saw, and big roll-bending machine. Even smaller equipment such as pallet forklifts and work tables are regularly inspected by external service providers to ensure maximum safety.

Looking ahead

1500 accident-free days is not just a number, it’s proof of a strong safety culture, continuous improvement, and respect for one another’s wellbeing. Congratulations to the entire Stalatube Poland team.
